Data Protection Notice
This notice has been prepared by Atibay Mühendislik, Hepkebirler Mh. Mehmet Feyzi Efendi Cd. Nasrullah İş Merkezi Kat 3 No: 35, Kastamonu Merkez (“Atibay Engineering”), acting as data controller, to inform you about the processing of your personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
Personal data processed
- Identity data: first and last name
- Contact data: email address, phone number, company/organisation
- Request data: messages and details you share in the contact, quote and application forms
- CV data: your CV and attachments if you apply for a job
- Security data: IP address, browser and cookie information
Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed to respond to your requests, prepare proposals, carry out contractual processes, evaluate job applications, conduct communication, ensure information security and fulfil legal obligations.
Legal grounds and collection method
Your data is collected electronically via the forms on our website, email, phone and WhatsApp, and processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest and, where required, your explicit consent.
Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your data may be transferred to our hosting, email and IT service providers and to legally authorised public authorities in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to processing and claim compensation for damages.
